It's a Godawful Small Affair

Actually it's pretty big. If it works. The new Mars rover, Curiosity, is landing tonight/tomorrow.

This is huge. Bigger than huge. Depending upon it's findings, Curiosity could redefine life on this planet. This could very well be the biggest discovery in the history of the human race. Or it could a precursor to a real-life version of DOOM/Mass Effect. Highly unlikely, though.

We're not expecting to find life on Mars, only evidence of it having once existing. It may also discover that life in our solar system began on Mars - not Earth.
