Cooking Time

First, sweat the onions.


 Brown the meat, drain the fat, and return to the heat


Add some mushrooms, oregano, basil, garlic powder, and marjoram. Marjoram is the mostly forgotten herb from Italian/Mediterranean food.


Cook and drain some elbow macaroni.


Add a jar of sauce, some olive oil, and salt.


Add meat.


Mangia!
