The Kaiser Chiefs album Start the Revolution Without Me, which is actually a reissue of the album posted above, is mostly the same as the original album. Called The Future is Medieval, it was released differently in the UK. They had a digital copy you could pick and choose different songs from.
I also got a few Queen albums, an Electric Light Orchestra album, a Pink Floyd album, and, yes, Coldplay's latest album. I know not everyone likes them, but I do. So there.
